Allie + John :: Pacific Northwest Outdoor Wedding :: Scappoose, OR
An intimate forest wedding on private property in Scappoose OR.
Allie and John, they are CUTE, they are sweet, and they were a joy follow around on their wedding day. They got married on her Dad's houseboat property community in South Scappoose, Oregon. Rumor has it some were questioning Allie's vision when the entire venue was underwater month's prior to the big day. Thankfully she trusted her instincts, because this place was gorgeous. Tall, beautiful weeping trees, the Multnomah Channel, and the most perfect hazy weather on a warm Portland summer day. Basically, the perfect Pacific Northwest wedding. There were so many gorgeous details, stunning rainbow colored macaroons from Farina Bakery, and wonderful friends and family. Allie's Italian host family she lived with even made it! Thank you guys for trusting me to capture this day for you, it was an honor. Also, big thanks to my second shooter, Kat, who especially captured John getting ready at his parents house perfectly. And now I want to go live on a houseboat.

Shauna + Lindsay // Cathedral Park Intimate Wedding // Portland, OR
A small wedding filled with a lot of love, under the St. John’s bridge. Cathedral Park, Portland, OR.
Shauna and Lindsay's wedding day was a photographer's dream. Two beautiful people madly in love, wonderful close friends and family helping (Lindsay's uncle made her dress, and her niece made their wedding cake!). Not to mention her majesty, the St. John's Bridge, in all her glory as the backdrop to their genuine and heartfelt celebration.
I had a good feeling about these two, and we all knew it was meant to be when I showed up to meet them for the first time in my romper, only to find out that all of the women in their wedding party were also wearing rompers (yes!). Thank you to Lindsay and Shauna, and to everyone who helped celebrate these wonderful people, it was truly an honor to be there.
